Horror Movie Host, The Ghoul

Plunk Your Magic Twanger Ova Day Froggy!

Ron Sweed, aka; The Ghoul, first shocked the airwaves in 1971 on WKBF-TV in Cleveland. Forging his own demented brand of entertainment that blended bad movies, "boom-booms" and boffo-socko slapstick humor into a frighteningly funny show.

The series, which mixed bad horror movies with vignettes and psychotic skits, was syndicated to Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco and other markets where Kaiser Broadcasting had TV broadcast stations through 1975. He has been a fixture on Cleveland and Detroit television ever since and has an enormous cult following in the areas that carried his show.

The Ghoul appeared locally on KBHK TV Channel 44 and has haunted the memories of viewers ever since. Now he is returning to the SF Bay Area for the first time LIVE and ready to unleash his crazy Ghoul Power madness on the unsuspecting masses once again!
